Today's gig....can it stop raining for a bit? Good lord.

So it's been raining on and off for several days now and it's apparently going to be raining for a few more days. Weather dropped from the low eighties to the forties in a matter of hours.
Made load in and load out miserable - cold heavy rains. I was kinda on the verge of being under the weather too so I just felt lousy too but got some good improvs in and some good interest.
Okay, today's "nonstandard scaled down rig":
So - Soloist guitar, GK3, Boss GP-10, Strymon Big Sky, Pigtronix Infinity + external footswitch + studio monitors.
Wha? Why the weird rig? Well, I wanted a scaled down version of what I normally do because of the rain situation and sometimes going in a different direction makes me play differently.
Also, because of the rain the art-crawl was attended somewhat more sparsely than in years past and I saw certain lofts that normally participate didn't this year. Some of the lofts were being used for office space by 9-5 types too which further scaled down some of the folks who normally attend although there was a cool group of girls who do fighting robots doing demonstrations, some artists from the last few years were back and we had a group of folks who didn't attend the last few years who showed up. But the electronic music school was nowhere to be seen this year since they did their demo outside last year, also the outside stage was sitting with tarps on it and the PA truck for that was cranking up rap and hip hop just waiting out the weather.
