So I record a ton of stuff. So much so that sometimes I forget that I've done so.
I honestly can't find the multitrack of this but there was one version with a voiceover from a ufo documentary of a guy talking about the ufo that was mutilating his cattle was actually a disguised U.S. military helicopter but that's long gone, I don't know where it is either. I think I prefer this version.
Anyway, song was long gone. But I was in the car and going thru a pile of unmarked cd-rs and I found this:

Eagle eyed listeners and asb completists will recognize the first part as the intro riff for a track on the "first 23 minutes" not really released mini EP that was me playing around with the VG-99 when I first got it.
I did this piece, burned it to CD, deleted it off my hard drive and promptly forgot about it. I'm not even sure why, I guess I just thought it was just a test track but it has its own charm.
Here we are two years later. I checked it out in the car and thought "this is kind of interesting, what the hell is this?" then I realized that I recorded it and apparently developed amnesia about it. It even has IE cymbals throughout I think.
Anyway, enjoy.
