Checking it out now. BTW, where did you get your Teuffel again? Golden Age Guitars It popped up used a few years ago. There weren't a lot of them around then, but people weren't as aware of them either, so I ended up being the first guy to call when it became available. I had just gotten out of a really lousy job and into a better one, and it was sort of an extravagant present to myself. It will probably be the only high-ticket guitar I ever buy, but it was definitely worth it. I had it refretted with stainless Jescar frets recently, having worn the original ones down to next to nothing in about 3 years. |

Cool! How's it working with a bassist? You and your drummer already had a special method going, yeah? It is a lot less nerve wracking. The trigger/sample setup tended to break a lot. We are also working on splitting up the vocals between all three of us, sometimes in the same verse, it's a lot more fun. The bass player is roughly half the age of myself or the drummer, so i guess it's nice to be able to "keep up with the kids". |

I should put out an IE LP EKS www.eksmfg.com/The drummer used them for a record his other band did and both that record and ours came out good and was not too pricey. The deal with Ugexplode is that Weasel did the cd's and we did the vinyl. Weasel normally only does cd's. I am glad that we pressed vinyl, as it is selling well and it is the first vinyl LP I have been on. You might want to do vinyl and others on here might as well(Aliensporebomb?). People seem more interested in buying the vinyl at our shows, at least. Wayside has been stocking a decent variety of vinyl of late. I was kind of surprised to see our record for sale there, but I think they carry all the Ugexplode releases. |
