the guitar leftover is now Kiesel (sp?) and continuing on as far as i know with really hideous instruments for pale Nordic types

Yeah, I definitely think there was a reason Jeff and Dad dropped the "audio" side of the business. I can't imagine those conversations are going well right now.... I think Vai was really the only major endorsee of the audio side?

Btw... I have some love for Carvin as they are pretty much the only guitar brand that has been nearly 100% good to lefty guitarists. I realize that's not Kiesel, but still, good on them. They represent lefties better than any guitar brand by a million miles.

It will be intersting if he takes money or wants to "create" something. It would be a bummer to see something you help invent, go under.
