Got to see an east indian ensemble with a sarangi player similar to this player at the university of minnesota who have concerts of this kind of music regularly. Stunning virtuosity and really neat that we have that resource here in town for touring indian musicians.

I wish a concert like these would come around here. Occasionally there will be similar offerings at Epcot, but attending one of these-- where I assume the audience is seated just like musicians--makes for a enjoyable evening that's all about listening and nothing else.
