Just realized both Brandon (Coleman) and I are playing tonight at Lo-Hio here in Akron. We are both playing under our bass players names tonight, but should be pretty fun. We might be about the only 2 guitarists tonight, both likely playing too many notes.
Should be fun. Tony Grey (played with McLaughlin, among others, is the headliner).
Can't decide if I should bring 2 amps or not tonight, for a stereo rig. Got the Legacy running so I could do a legacy and Fender thing...but I haven't had a chance to tinker with both of them together, so I don't know. What'd I'd like to do is setup the Legacy to be the master for Dirt stuff, and run the fender as the copier...then for clean stuff, use the fender as the master and the legacy as the copier. The Legacy clean sound is actually pretty good, but almost too good, where the fender sounds like a jangly fender, which is nice. The classic fender cleans, marshallish dirt problem.
Anyways, should be a fun hang! The show is generally packed, and there are some awesome musicians around. I'll try and get some Flophouse pics.

Sounds like it would be a blast. Wish I could be there. Video? Audio? Record please?

Show went well, lots of fun. Brandon can really play the crap out of a guitar. Also, Tony Grey (bassist, played with McLaughlin among others) is a total bad ass and a nice bloke.
Incidentally, bass players are a whole other breed from guitarists. They have like 1/100th the ego as guitarists. They seem to always be supportive and nice. Guitarists sit in the corner and cross their arms, bassists cheer and hug and all that supportive stuff. My bass player has been making a name for himself so I've been going to all these events with some relatively big names and they've all been excessively nice, haha. I got some pics of Brandon's band.

I think I may have watched some of that on FB live, but didn't see you or Brandon.
I'm so glad I don't sit in the corner with my arms crossed while watching other guitarists (vibing). Haha !!! 😄

Shane, Brandon and I were hanging when he took that video..I was sitting next to the "bearded" fella...who happens to be a pretty top notch bass player too, haha.

He needed to move out of the way. His beard kept blocking the view. Lol!
