Are you freaking kidding me? He drops the that you would need to be able to play "The Black Page" in there like you'd be playing Mustang Sally. That is a seriously hard to play piece of music.
I noticed the first comment was "what about bringing Ike back?" Ike Willis would be a terrific singer for that group but I think the ZPZ thing is focusing on younger players. So I was thinking if he was going to do that.
Rachel Flowers would be a cool choice and she's jammed with them before.

Just for shits and giggles I read through the black page last night. It didn't go terrible . I think I could probably get it in a few dedicated hours. However, definitely not easy. But most of the things I play or read for the groups I play in l (like Red Side Visible and Night Terrors) use constantly changing time signatures and a lot of polyrythms...so I've gotten a lot better at that stuff over the last 7 years or so.
I would like to get it down and a few others on the list. You may have noticed my Facebook post on taking on a full cover of one of the three harder tunes in the list. If I can do a decent version I'll send it on, but I'm out of town the next 5 nights...so not happening any time soon.
